Do you serve on a ministry team at MBC Arlington? Whether you serve on Connect Team, with Local Outreach, in Kids Quest, or on any of our other teams, we want to do our best to equip you to serve as described in 1 Peter 4:1-11.

"Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others, as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms. If anyone speaks, they should do so as one who speaks the very words of God. If anyone serves, they should do so with the strength God provides, so that in all things God may be praised through Jesus Christ."

This September, we will be hosting our first ever Equipped and Sent training and commissioning for MBC Arlington volunteer teams. This will be a chance for our church to provide necessary training for those serving with our local outreach and internal ministries. Our time together will include vision casting for ministry, breakout training sessions for each ministry, and lunch. We hope you can join us!

The day will include two separate training blocks to provide the opportunity for those who serve on multiple teams to be trained for two different teams. If you only serve on one team, you will be free to go after lunch. Childcare will be provided during the morning training session.
